I found this wonderful site where you can learn how to make soaps for yourself, or you can buy directly from them.  By the way, I am not endorsing a product other than the doTerra Essential Oils.  

 

A few years ago my hubby fell in love with a "Basil" scented bar soap.  The company stopped making it.  So I will make it myself.  Using the recipes I found on Cranberry Lane, with my essential oils.  I will make him a soap that feel amazing, smells delicious and it's healthy!

DIY HOMEMADE ALL PURPOSE & LAUNDRY SOAPS

HOMEMADE CLEANERS

USING ESSENTIAL OILS

RECIPES

ALL PURPOSE CLEANER

2 cups boiling water

2 Tablespoon white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon all natural dish soap

1 teaspoon baking soda

5 drops of Lemon

MIX baking soda, water and dish soap together with essential oils

PLACE container inside of a bigger bowl, Add vinegar. Mix

SAVE over flow and just use the spray bottle and add

the over flow to it after you are done cleaning.

 

WASHING SOAP

1 bar of shaved soap

1/2 cup of borax

1/2 of washing soda

3 drops of your favorite Essential Oils

WARM or hot water just add 1-2 Tablespoons of powder to the wash

COLD water dissolve the 1-2 Tablespoons of powder in hot water to 

be sure it distributes through the clothing properly.

NOTE you will not see a lot of suds, but your clothes will be spectacularly clean
